Spokes?

Why don’t more cappers in chairs stick cards in the spokes to make cool noises?

Umm Bill Reality check time, what generation are you living in? Wheelchairs don't have spokes anymore... or at least the ones "Real cappers" use. We are all about rims now a days. It is kinda the capper contradiction, see we don't want people to "notice the chair" but then we go and get rimmed and chromed... come on caps it is READ-ICCULAS. so bill if next time you see one of those "old" manual (aka not true capper ride) go nuts with a deck of your favorite baseball team. as for us we don't because we can't okay.
