In your situation - you should be playing games on the computer and using something like this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16826169019&Tpk=belkin%20n52te or this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16823126050&Tpk=g13 One handed keyboard with a thumb joystick. I wonder if you can setup the joystick to act like a mouse though - if not - thee ideal thing would be one of these devices that is also a mouse - do everything with one hand. Bet you could try writing companies asking for such a version - lots of times they come through for a person.

you know they have a system that straps to your head and reads muscle movements in the face and converts them into commands. I think that would be a better bet for you as it already has a bit of support I think. It was shown on G4 a while back.
