How do you put up with people reading all your personal mail?

This is a heinous thing indeed... see the thing is with the cappers there is no "personal mail" email or otherwise. See the sad tendency of our helpers is to STEP 1: open my mail STEP 2: Read My mail STEP 3: then to give it to Me... but oh well... some skip step 2 thankfully.
The most annoying is the email over the shoulder read, i mean really, the one time we could have "private" communication someone is reading over the shoulder. So just know any askacapper@gmail.com emails will be read by me and some other individual.
