Grow up?

Do handicapped people grow up?

Well yes and no.... now i will speak for all Hand-E-Capped people here and say that many of us do grow up the actual problem is that we grow up, down we just grow in all directions because we can't do exercises like "Normal people" but we still like food. We do get longer many of us but since we are vertically challenged the answer is no we don't grow up, can't do it, never have never will.
